Pot is legal here in Seattle, but please smoke it somewhere else. Any signs of smoking inside or within 80 feet perimeter of the house, can result in losing your Security Deposit of $200 and will result with a negative renter review. If you need to leave the rental early, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.We will charge $10/person above 5 occupancy per day. If at the time of booking you indicate that you have more than 5 guests, you will automatically be charged accordingly. We are unable to refund additional guest charge if you decide that there will be lesser guests later on.
