hummingbird · NO SUNDAY CHECK INS- hot tub ,gated, HUMMINGBIRD we are grant summit cabins and have 9 cabins on the property in a gated community. we built the cabins ourselves and manage them also. beautiful landscape and concrete drive into the area. we started building in 2011 and have built according to demand. i have always turned down several families so i kept building . the area is not crowded and the views are great. we live 5 miles from property so we are not far away if you have a problem of any sort.i own all 9 cabins on property, great for family reunions or weddings, have alot of parkingwe are only 5 miles away so we will be able to respond pretty quick if you have a problemwe are close to the georgia ,alabama and tenneessee line. 25 miles from downtown chattanoogaNO PETS- tenants will be evicted with no refund!NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND (including vaping & cigars) INSIDE, if you must smoke please do so outside with doors and windows shut. Please pick up after yourself, no butts left BEHIND (on the ground) We are located on the central/eastern time zone line and your phones may switch back and forth. The cabins run on CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% (minus a +$50.00 processing fee) of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in the second 50% payment will be cancelled and the first 50% payment will NOT be refunded. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, there will be a +$25.00 fee for the refund. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. you will be charged 2 payments; first payment 50 percent and the 2nd payment 50 percent will be taken out when your stay is 30 days or less before arrival.
