You are surrounded by woods yet walking distance from the Inn. You can also walk across the street to MOAT mountain smokehouse which has incredible food and beer. We are less than five minutes from downtown North Conway and super close to all the outdoor activities. If you have any questions about location, please reach out!You will need a car!Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our home and is subject to a $200 fine.Animals are strictly prohibited.Please note we have an outdoor security camera facing the front door to ensure compliance with guest count and our pet policy. All amenities in our home, including the loft space may be dangerous if used improperly. Please use at your own risk.Commercial use of our home is prohibited without written consent.Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.- No smoking in the house- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated- Respect the neighbors
