Bayview Beauty - Beautiful antique oceanfront home big enough for everyone. Spectacular views of Belfast Harbor and Penobscot Bay all the way to Blue Hill and Cadillac Mountain from all over the house. Watch all the harbor boating activity, the eagles diving for their dinner, the herons gliding by from your two expansive decks and the grand, sloping backyard with private stairs down to your beach, all just 2 blocks from downtown. At low tide you can take a left and walk (or swim!) along the beach two hundred yards to the Belfast Boathouse, jump onto the Belfast Harbor Walk path running along Steamboat Landing Park (where there is live music every Thursday summer evening!) then to Heritage Park with its food and ice cream trucks, and on to Main St and downtown Belfast. All in less than 1/2 mile. Or, turn right at low tide and walk or swim all the way to City Park with it's playground, pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts, public swimming pool, grills... This is literally the ideal location, unique in Belfast.The first floor of our home features en suite master and en suite guest room; roomy, picture-windowed living room; spacious deck with furniture, gas grill and views for miles; full kitchen with a view, and original wide pine flooring throughout. Below the master is a bonus/re room with TV and queen futon for additional sleeping option.The second floor includes 2 en suite queen bedrooms; a kitchenette; and its own deck with spectacular views (even from the master bathtub!) and a gas grill; loft with TV and twin daybed. All of which can have its own separate entrance if desired. Perfect for extended families! And we even welcome your small dogs! (Under 20 lbs). Hypoallergenic dogs only, please.
