Located right on the water & just a few steps down to enjoy beach exploration or kayaking the bay (bring your own). Swinomish Golf Course is WALKING DISTANCE from the house. Deception Pass for hiking. Anacortes & LaConner mere minutes. Or tiptoe through the Skagit Valley tulips!You and your guests can enjoy the entire cottage. If anyone has mobility issues, no worries as there are no stairs needed to enter the home and move about the living space; open kitchen to dining room (seats 8) and living room, plus private queen bedroom and semi-private bedroom with full bed and pull out twin and full bathroom round out the main kevel. You will need to maneuver stairs to enjoy the beach and upstairs private ensuite, but the view is breathtaking on the covered porch which requires NO STAIR USE. All hardwoods throughout. Bedroom layout: Main level has a private queen bedroom and off the back of the house is a full bed and rollout twin bed (under full bed) room that is semi private with a privacy curtain. You enter this back room to access the stairs to the private master ensuite. The upstairs suite is private with a barn style door. The back bedroom and master suite is excellent for families with children or another couple.Wonderful beach feel cottage. You'll be wishing you had more time to sit back and relax, to take in the sounds of the lapping water or sitting back to watch the heron, eagles, osprey, migratory winter birds, seagulls, seals and other wildlife that call this bay home.
