It has three bedrooms, three baths (a total of about 2000 square feet), and easy access to our private beach. The house is furnished with comfort in mind.The downstairs has a full kitchen, a large living/dining room with hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. The first floor bedroom has a queen bed and an adjoining bath. The two upstairs bedrooms have king beds, dormered alcoves, and each has a private full bath.There are outside decks on three sides of the house with provisions for outside dining. There is TV, DVD and radio, as well as a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The Plum Tree Cottage is ideal for family groups or 2 couples to share (maximum occupancy seven people).We are a legally permitted local business. Permit #02PROV004.
