Our home offers an open floor plan, water views, and easy access to the outdoors. With two bedrooms on the main level and one on the lower level, Sound View is a perfect home for friends and small families. Nestled in tall, beautiful trees, it is a peaceful retreat yet only a short drive to lakes, trails, kayaking, and cafes!When entering the home, you'll find a spacious living room with plenty of seating and gas fireplace. Enjoy streaming movies and shows on the large Roku Smart TV.The chef has a fully equipped and well-stocked kitchen for making favorite meals. There is a coffee bar with everything you need to get you going in the morning, including a drip coffee-maker, French press, electric hot water kettle, and coffee grinder. We stock Pete's coffee, tea, stevia, sugar and creamer!The master bedroom has beautiful views of the trees and water with a sliding door to the deck outside. Enjoy the stars at night and morning quiet in the privacy of this spacious bedroom. There are two large closets and a full bathroom right in the hallway. Shared with the second bedroom upstairs, there is a full bathroom with two vanities, lots of cabinets and a bathtub/shower combo that is custom-tiled.The upstairs guest bedroom has two twin beds and a large closet space. It's a great space for younger people or besties!Head down the stairs, and you'll find a large, bright laundry and desk area with plenty of cabinets, and a brand-new, large washer and dryer for guest use. The finished basement also has a wonderful guest bedroom with a queen bed, reading chair and full bathroom. You'll have lots of privacy with a door out to a lower patio area that lights up with sunshine during the day. The bathroom offers a shower and single vanity.The outdoor area includes a gas BBQ with a full tank and tools. Just bring your secret sauce! Seating outdoors provides a space to relax amongst the trees and water views. Located in a quiet, rural neighborhood, there are houses around you on half acre parcels. Neighbors are friendly, and everyone can enjoy a peaceful, safe community to walk and play in! There is the main road to Moran State Park and Eastsound down below the house, so you will hear a little traffic noise when sitting outside. You are close to both the State Park trails and lakes, as well as the best cafes and shops in Eastsound.Come enjoy the island life with us at Sound View!Please Read the House Rules>Additional Rules for the rental agreement.
