It is called "The Lucky 7" Home because around 20 years ago the owners son did a magic trick where a 7 of clubs card stuck to the ceiling. For sentimental reasons it was left. We hope this lucky card brings you and your family luck while staying at this lovely home! There have been slight upgrades done throughout time adding a modern feel to this cozy family home. With a noticeably quiet, family friendly neighborhood and tasteful touches of tidy décor, we have no doubt that this home will provide a serene space for you to rest during your travels. The well furnished family room is ideal for gathering and lounging with loved ones. We don't take lightly the task of ensuring that our guests are given nothing but top of the line comfort for sleeping soundly with high quality, hotel grade mattresses and fresh linens within every bedroom. This Home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! 3 queen rooms, a bunk room with queen over queen bunks, and a master with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. No garage access. House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below Pet Policy: Pets not allowed Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
