In the up-and-coming Meridian with many new businesses. Right off the freeway, you are only a short 15-20 minutes to the Boise Airport and 20 minutes to downtown Boise. You will truly feel at your home away from home.The space~What People Love~We have tried our best to make you feel as welcome and relaxed as possible while you're on vacation. Here are what most people say that they love about the home:• Central location• Quiet Family-Friendly Neighborhood with lots of common areas/parks • Luxury sheets/towels• Proximity to shopping/entertainmentYou will also find many conveniences included in the home:• Fully stocked kitchen• High-speed Wi-Fi• Washer/Dryer• Comfortable memory foam bedsDetails and Descriptions:This rental has enough room for the family to spread out with 1700 sq/feet of comfortable living space.Living Room: Relax on the comfortable couch furnished with a beautiful smart 4K 65" TV equipped with built-in Roku so you can ensure that you are caught on all of your favorite movies and TV shows.Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots, pans, a coffee station (coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar), a full spice rack, knives, a dishwasher, and all the appliances you will need to enjoy your vacation. Laundry Room: There is a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets available for your convenience.Bedroom 1: The master bedroom w/ ensuite has an inviting, relaxing King-sized bed. For your convenience, there is also a large 4K Roku TV for all your streaming needs. In the closet, you will find an air mattress as well as a travel crib! Bedroom 2: The second guest bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed with a 32' smart TV.Bedroom 3: The third guest bedroom has a double-sized bunk bed to make sure everyone has a place to sleep with a 32' smart TV.Loft: Just outside the master room there is a workspace with a desk and chair to set up a computer station if you plan on doing some work while at your home away from home. Bathrooms: The shared bathroom has a full shower and tub. The master ensuite has a generously sized walk-in shower and dual sinks. They are both fully stocked with salon-grade shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Dark make-up washcloths are present for your convenience. WiFi: Very fast High-Speed WiFi is available throughout the home. There are available ethernet ports if you would like to connect directly to the modem.Backyard: Relax under the sun, or watch the kids run around the fenced large, common area/playground just outside of the house. There are also 2 rocking chairs to enjoy!Parking: There is plenty of parking available. Two cars may fit in the garage and/or on the driveway.~Restrictions~• We do not rent to groups under the age of 25• Parties are not allowed• No pets allowed
