We know that it's the little details that matter most - so we've put our hearts into making your stay luxurious. As our guest you'll be pampered with fluffy bed linens, cozy towels and even a children's play room for jr. travelers. The comfort is almost too good to be true! Whether for business or pleasure, we all know that traveling can be hectic. Our home has been set up to intentionally invite you to take a deep breath as you wind down from your travels + begin your stay in the Boise area. When you walk through the door of this home you'll be given a warm welcome by a space filled with natural lighting, soft colors + mindful touches to give you + your loved ones the gift of comfort. The home has a large backyard area with a fully enclosed fence + just around the corner our neighborhood has a playground with room to run and throw a ball. In furnishing and decorating this home we have chosen to support local vendors + small shops within Boise/ Meridian to give back to our community + we try to provide you with cleaner, eco-friendly choices for all of the necessities during your stay. The front yard, free parking in the driveway and full access to the 3 car garage, backyard, the entire home to yourself and the washer + dryer with complimentary use provided by your hosts. Kacey and Tiffanie (Husband and wife) are available at any time, day or night and more than happy to assist you with any needs or questions during your stay via airbnb, text or phone call and live just a couple of minutes away should you need their assistance. Our home is within a neighborhood that is neatly up-kept and in quiet, family friendly area. There is a playground about a two minute walk within our home and the neighbors are friendly. (FREE) Parking on our property can fit four cars within our driveway and garage and there is quite a bit of more room for parking on the side of our home on the street (Also free parking - but please park courteously keeping neighbors in mind) The entire home is yours during your stay, no personal belongings are within the home so you can feel right at home having all areas, parking, storage and fridge space to yourself while you're here! House Rules and Important Notices: Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services. Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below Pet Policy: Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.
