Which includes the main level and top floor (this portion of the house is not very handy cap accessible but the bottom portion of it is. Private enterance, remodeled kitchen and bath. Walkout to patio/yard with beautiful grilling/eating space front and back. Whether you are looking for a long weekend, or are interested in multiple months, we want to support you. Prices adjust based on the duration of your stay, and what you need to have done on your behalf during your stay (Cleaning, Linens, ...) - For example, a longer stay will get a discount per day. - But if items are missing when you check out, or the property is really dirty and requires extra cleaning or repair (above the normal wear and tear expected from regular use), that will be added to your bill. *Additional charges will apply when... (For example, extra charges were added when a group of 8 ruined two sets of sheets $, removed two of the new bed pillows for the property $, and they left enough trash and used dishes around to mold before they checked out, that it took us twice as long as the standard cleaning...$)
