The beach is littered with oysters & clams. The Acre +/- forested park like grounds gives space & privacy. The expansive deck is ideal for entertaining or enjoying the view from the hot tub. Perfect calm harbor for paddle-boarding, kayaking or water skiing. Paddle across the harbor to the local store. The property has plenty of parking and even space for an RV. Close to Penrose Point & Joemma Beach State Parks. 2 Kayaks are provided.Great location for bird watching, a group of seals might be sitting on the floating dock on a sunny day, bald eagles have been spotted along with deer.Enjoy great sunset by the waterfront firepit while roasting s'mores.This is a place for a great getaway from hustling cities, if you miss that, Gig Harbor is 30 minutes away.We have a NO PET policy.
