Located on the lighthouse point, these two homes have everything you can imagine to vacation with your friends and family. Low bank waterfront on three sides means you are literally surrounded by water and sand beaches. Relax by the fire pit or sit and sip wine from the beach or one of the 3 decks while watching, seals, otters and the occasional whale play in the water. Watch the sun come up while gazing out over the water at Mt Rainer from your back deck and watch it set over the yachts in the harbor from your front deck. Wander over to the Gig Harbor Lighthouse, kayak to Tides Tavern or be picked up on your private dock by the Gondola for a romantic ride through the harbor. Fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves lapping on the beach and awake to water views while still tucked snuggly in your comfortable bed. Private deep water moorage means you can even bring your boat along. 7 Bedrooms, 2 kitchens, sauna, large living areas, fireplace, kayaks, 2 laundry rooms, deep water moorage, fire pit, horseshoes, swing, hammock, beach toys, family games, private beaches, and water water every where. Come play on the beach at Lighthouse Point and you will never want to leave. Please note, you must sign rental agreement be 25 years of age or older and provide picture ID upon request.
