A 5 bedroom, 3,100 sqft Farmhouse, 20 minutes to the Natural Bridge and only 35 minutes from the Bluegrass Airport, this location is in the heart of the Bluegrass and the Red River Gorge.No steep mountains to drive up or off, this location is just off of Mountain Parkway.With large bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a large kitchen with dining room on the side. These multiple living spaces will give the adults a time to catch up and send the kids into the lower living room. Lower Level:A large oversized Living Room w/ 70” tv great for Movies and Sporting Events to wrap up or start the day.Main Level:A large Master Bedroom with large closet and Bathroom off the side. This bathroom has an oversized shower with claw foot tub.There is a large living room with beautiful view of the land. The Kitchen is great for cooking and conversations. Just off the Kitchen is the Dinning room with table that sits 6Upstairs:This home has 3 bedrooms, but the upstairs rooms have 2 sections to each room, so it’s like having 5 bedrooms!! Perfect for a multiple family getaway, where each family can comfortably have their own area. A large Jack and Jill Bathroom will speed up that time to get ready so you can get back into the forest.Outside:A beautiful wrap around porch with rocking chairs off the front of the house. This view overlooks the ½ Basketball Court on pavement w/ adjustable rim. Off the back of the house, you will find a large deck with patio furniture and hot tub.When not hiking or kayaking, enjoy grilling, playing frisbee golf on the acreage or basketball on the 1/2 court. Walk the creek to find some fossils and stones from the past. At night, spend some time in the hot tub or next to the creek having a fire.
