Perfect for one or two people.Venice Place is a sustainable luxury one bedroom guest house with a private patio and garden, set in a peaceful corner of Venice Beach. .This home boasts a spacious open floor plan: 660 square feet furnished in a contemporary minimalistic style with inside-outside connection of kitchen and living room with high vaulted ceilings. The private sunny patio extends from the bedroom and living room into the garden. Garden includes lounging and dining arrangements and a water feature.Fully-equipped kitchen with osmosis water filtration system. Stainless steel appliances. Living room fireplace. Washer and dryer. TV in bedroom (Apple TV), Beats Pill music box and high speed wireless internet.There is one king-size bed. Luxury towels and linens. Relax in the over-sized soaking tub. Danish hardwood floors in living room and bedroom. Travertine stone and fine Italian glass tiles in kitchen and bathroom.The property is a sustainable home including 100% solar electric power, reverse osmosis water filtration system, king size bed, luxury down bedding and pillows, luxury towels (Frette) and linens (Matteo) and all non-toxic cleaners. Full modern kitchen and bathroom including soaking tub. Large living room with high ceilings and gas fireplace. Silent air conditioning.We are on call if guests require assistance, otherwise we leave them to enjoy their stay in beautiful Venice Beach, California.Venice is a melting pot of cultures and people. It is home to artists, movie stars and entrepreneurs, with a great beach and famous boardwalk as well as world class restaurants, coffee shops, yoga studios and boutique stores.The property is the perfect distance from the beach and boardwalk, but far enough away to come home to peace and tranquility.The property is a short bike ride to Venice Boardwalk and the beach. Whole Foods Market, as well as Rose Avenue with all its high-end coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques are within easy walking distance.
