Contemporary and Charming Venice Beach Home This charming, contemporary beach cottage is located on one of the most coveted and peaceful streets in Venice, yet, only two blocks from the trendy shops and restaurants of Abbott Kinney, and a 20 minute stroll to the beach. This quaint shingle home - one of the old vacations homes built in the 1930's - has been completely reimagined with an open floor plan boasting a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and TV room, all flowing into each other. French doors throughout the house bring in the outdoors in from almost every room. There are several outdoor areas including a deck off of the dining room, two living spaces and a small dining area as well. Small fountains, nestled within the garden vegetation makes this house a perfect retreat to escape the world outside. The house has 3 bedrooms, however, at the moment the third bedroom does not have a bed and it is being utilized as a home office, (see office picture). If you find that you need to use this room as a bedroom we can arrange for a twin or full size bed to be placed in the room at an additional cost of $375. We would need a two-week notice to arrange it.Also,15 minutes from Los Angeles International Airport.25 minutes to Hollywood, Downtown LA.20 minutes to Beverly Hills.10 minutes walk to the beach10 minutes to Santa Monica .Short walk to Venice restaurants and bars.
