This superb house with a lush lawn to the shoreline has its own private beach, permanent dock and an oversized two car garage. The lake views from the interior, and from the spacious deck, make this home perfect for taking in the lake any season. Imagine relaxing or entertaining in the timber framed living room with vaulted ceiling and stone fireplace or from the outdoor living room on the deck, both flow nicely to the custom kitchen with an incredible island and dining area. On the first floor you'll also enjoy a primary suite with private bath and views of the lake, a second bedroom and a full hall bath. Upstairs there's a loft which currently offers additional sleeping and work at home space with lake views. The lower walk-out level features a spacious family room with water views, built-ins, fireplace, half bath and an additional bedroom. Laundry can be found on both the first floor and the walk-out level. The location on Jordan Bay is incredibly private yet allows one access to an easy lifestyle. Via the lake it's convenient if you need to launch a boat (there is a nearby access ramp to put your boat in the lake), fuel up at the marina just across the bay, take a quick and easy boat ride to Frye Island, or you can kayak and swim along the shoreline. For local shopping, it's just 3 minutes to the Good Life Market and less than 10 minutes to grocery stores and local shopping. Several restaurants are close by as well.* There are 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards included.**Please note that the 2025 summer calendar will be available at the end of summer 2024 as we prioritize repeat renters.
