The house is well-appointed and provides a back-to-nature environment, while still being in close proximity to shopping and recreational activities. The spacious yard is perfect for children to play in, and the cozy fire pit is perfect for gathering around during the evening. Facing west, the property basks in sunlight throughout the day, and boasts a magnificent view of Mount Washington across the lake. The dock can accommodate up to a 20' boat for loading and unloading but boats should be kept on the mooring when not in use. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, providing over 40 miles of boatable waterway. A canoe is also available for guests' use to explore the lake.
