Master bedroom has a full bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has 1 twin bed with a full size bed in loft above. Outdoor space is large and accommodating. Spacious deck overlooking water with propane grill. Sandy waterfront with steps down to water entry. Owner provides rowboat, canoe and dock for recreational use; (boat launch is located just before property and open to those residing on island). Enjoy roasting smores over firepit or at the stone fireplace. Whether you are coming to experience all the Sebago Lake Region has to offer or want to cozy up and enjoy full privacy this waterfront property provides, we know you will enjoy your stay!
