The property is equipped with all the summer necessities including kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets of varying sizes, and floats and beach toys. Spend nights around 1 of 3 fire pits or in your private outdoor theater with surround sound and personal app access. Rainy day? The game room offers a pool table, poker table, ping pong, movie space, and a pinball machine worth waiting for. And on the days you seek adventure off site - nearby Point Sebago Golf Course has been hailed as one of the finest in Maine, avid and beginner golfers alike will appreciate the stunning 500 acres hosting the par 72 course - a trip to neighboring Frye Island will quench the thirst for lobster, boating, and views - and the small nearby towns of Windham and Naples offer local shops, restaurants, and activities for any season.
