There are even three newly added electric vehicle charging stations (two Tesla-specific and one generic) to accommodate all types of vehicles.Boat Basin, the larger of the two homes, has a comfortable living room with a large grey sectional and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV complete with cable and a DVD player, plus WiFi throughout.Use the provided appliances (oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, and more) to prepare delicious meals in the upscale kitchen. And with a bench seat and two upholstered modern chairs, the dining table is ideal for family meals and nightly game playing.One bedroom with a plush queen bed and one full bathroom are located in Boat Basin. Tillamook Nook, the adjoining studio, has an enticing king-size bed and attached full bathroom. Add in the living room sofabed in Boat Basin and you have room for all six guests here.There is an associated fee, but knowing you can bring your dogs, and that there is a shared laundry facility, there's no way you can pass up this perfect home base.Cape Meares is only three miles north and offers picturesque views along the beach and an amazing lighthouse to explore. Visit Roseanna's Cafe for a night off from cooking and taste some of the best homemade pie ever. Tillamook is nine miles east so you can visit the air museum and take a tour of the Tillamook Cheese Factory.From morning strolls on the beach to spending quality time with family or friends inside during rainy days, book this newly remodeled rental.* Please be aware that while this property has a Verizon signal booster, cell phone reception tends to be unreliable in Oceanside. Netarts, just south, has better cell service. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
