As the sun begins to set over the water, sit back and soak in the brilliant pink, yellow, orange, and red hues. Things to KnowThis home consists of two units. The main house has six bedrooms and four baths. The apartment has one bedroom, a sleeper sofa, and one bath. It is accessible down a flight of stairsStreaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.Oceanside has very limited cell phone service.Oceanside is a small family community – please respect the neighbors, quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and make sure all garbage and recycling are inside the cans. These accommodations are part of a triplex, please be respectful of guests staying in the other two units.No boats, RVs, or trailers are allowed on the property.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
