Rancho Paradiso in Loomis A Rare Find Indeed!!!This lovely guest house is situated on 3 acres is completely furnished for a comfortable short or longer term stay. The property is known to see a few hawks, deer, and lots wild turkeys. Summer days are great for visiting Lake Folsom and also Lake Tahoe and its many beaches while snowy days will lead you to Northstar Resort. Don't forget to spend a day in Sacramento and explore the nearby wineries!The separate guesthouse is a 2 story, 1,200 sq ft home on our 3 acre property.Main level has a large studio feel to it and is where the King bed is located. A privacy curtain encloses this area and separates it from the living room if desired. The 2nd bedroom is upstairs and has a full size fold out couch, smart tv, iron and small ironing board and hair dryer.The location is very rural and quiet and we are conveniently located to Downtown Loomis and Rocklin shopping centers. Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, Costco, Ulta, etc... are about a 5 minute drive.Dedicated parking is next to the Guest house on the right-hand side and accommodates regular sized vehicles only (ie; no RV’s, Sprinters, etc…).Guesthouse is on property next to our home...close but far enough away that allows for privacy.100% Smoke Free and vape free policy...NO smoking of any kind on or near the premises. Strict no pet policy due to severe family allergies.
