4 bedroom, 2 bathroom Home Perfect for a Family in Frankfort The Frankfort Haus is the perfect home for a family wanting to visit beautiful Frankfort Michigan. With its single floor layout, grab bars in the bathroom and handicap ramp entering the home, the space is comfortable for guests with limited capabilities as well. The master bedroom features an ensuite master bathroom and king sized bed. The first guest room has two twin beds and the third guest room has a Queen bed. The bunk room has a twin over full bunk bed set and a futon.The bunk room features a big screen TV and large closet space - the perfect space for children to sleep and play. The living room has a gas fireplace and big screen wifi enabled TV for guests to stream their favorite apps. The dining room and bar seating offers plenty of room for guests to gather indoors for meals and in the summer season, the patio furniture on the deck is perfect for gathering as well. Guests will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen for meal preparation. A gas grill is provided for summer guest use as well. In the summer months, window a/c units are available in the bedrooms to help keep the home at the perfect temperature.The home is dog friendly, so you don't have to leave your furry family member behind! The spacious backyard with a firepit and outdoor seating is a great place for the family to spend time along with the dog. One dog is allowed for an additional fee. Please contact management if you are planning on bringing a pet as an additional waiver will need to be signed stating that you understand the house rules as they apply to the dog. The home accommodates 8 guests at the base rate. Up to 2 additional guests can be added for an additional fee. Please contact the management company to add these guests. Frankfort boasts some of the most beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, proximity to ski resorts, golf course, Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Traverse City, and other tourist destinations. A good time is definitely to be had when staying at The Frankfort Haus.Please refer to our terms and conditions for the house rules.Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and/or dishwasher tabs if a dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed.
