Fabulous Loft - Ideal for Long Weekend Get Away (Sleeps 2-4) Remodeled Loft Apartment has a very open family space designed to accommodate a family of five for summer vacations or weekend getaways year round. The home includes a large living area with a 40 inch televsion, dining area, kitchen, spiral staircase to the loft bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. The private deck includes seating for four, a patio dining table and charcoal grill for barbecuing. The Loft has recently been remodeled and updated to improve guest comfort. The apartment sleeps 2-5 guests in the loft queen bed and the living room’s double sofa sleeper. The loft also has a twin inflatable mattress with bedding to accommodate a child or single adult. The living room sleeping area alcove can be curtained to provide additional privacy for a restful night of sleep. Bed linens, towels, 40 inch flat screen HDTV with cable, WIFI and parking are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glasses, pots, pans, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. A ceiling fan in the dining room and a portable air conditioner in the loft bedroom cool the space on hot summer days. There are two parking spaces provided in the shared driveway.During July and August we have a 5 day minimum. Weekly rentals begin on Friday at 5 pm until the following Friday at 11 am.
