Brand New Spacious 3 bedroom House, 2.5 miles away from UCD Spacious brand new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,000 square feet family house that comes with everything brand new, from furniture to sheets and towels to hi-end mattresses. 2.5 miles away from Campus. Everything at the house is brand new. Separate office area. High end washer and dryer. Dining table sits six, plus two more at the bar.... High quality brand new mattresses. Two queen beds both have high quality latex/memory foam mattress that are on the firm side. The mattress in the second bedroom has a memory foam topper so it may be a little softer to sleep on. No cable, but we have a Smart TV, and you are welcome to sign in with you favorite streaming account. Separate office area, granite countertops, new and high end appliances.Our house is very close to our neighbors house, and we only way we are able to continue to offer this house for if our guests are extremely mindful and are able to keep the noise level down: - no parties/no celebratory gatherings/no singing- ABSOLUTELY NO amplified sound. Conversation/working TV noise volume only. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. $1000 fine minimum. Our home caters to those who enjoy comfort and value quality experience. Still, our base price is set relatively low so that a small group can enjoy the comfort and the luxury of our home at an affordable rate. Please understand that there is an extra fee for each additional overnight guest. We also understand that sometimes you may have day guests which we are happy to allow on a case by case basis. Please let us know in advance if you are planning on having any day guests. We have an outside camera that may monitor the traffic to the house. Please help us avoid uncomfortable situations by registering every overnight guest in your party. Please understand that we reserve the right to withhold your deposit for any unregistered overnight guest and for not following the rules of the house. We provide a Brita water filter for your convenience.
