We also do not guarantee that the internet will meet your work/school needs. Should you have an issue with internet service, please send us a message through VRBO describing the problem. We will then contact you to troubleshoot. If the issue is not resolved, we will then contact the internet provider, and/or homeowner. Please note... our valley is very rural and getting service personnel to fix things in a timely manner can be a challenge. We rent lodging, not office space. Public internet is available at the Winthrop library with enhanced internet speed (parking lot or inside the library). Alternatively, for a fee you can go to the Dropzone in downtown Winthrop. Thank you for your understanding!IMPORTANT WINTER INFORMATION :**Should you travel to the Methow during the winter months it is important to understand that you must be prepared for winter driving(keep chains, shovel...in the car) and all the inconveniences it causes you and the community you are visiting. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, driveways...to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required especially after any significant snow accumulation. Should you get stuck you can call Classic Towing in Twisp, WA**Propane Fireplace--should there be tech issues or the propane fireplace upon your arrival please send a message through Airbnb. Methow Reservations and the owner will try to troubleshoot and remedy the problem.
