Sunflower Resort Arnica Cabin is a private, modern, pet-friendly, 1000 ft2 cabin w/ 2 BRs/1.5 baths. Located in Winthrop with easy access to all activities, it is right on the ski trail, with just a 5-minute walk to the rink, and 10 minutes to town. Amenities: sun 300 days a year, complete kitchen, 6-ft soaking tub, private 2-car carport, EV charging, blackout curtains, washer/dryer, and private deck. Sunflower Resort has an onsite healing arts center, offering massage, yoga, facials, waxing, full hair and nail care, naturopathic consults, meditation, HoopDance, cooking, acupuncture, full hair and nail care, longevity treatment, etc. HOUSE RULES summary -If lost, key replacement fee is $15.00.-Park only in the two-car carport of your reserved home. No boats, campers, or trailers are allowed without prior permission.-Respect quiet time between 9 pm and 7 am.-No unregistered guests are allowed overnight. During warm weather, a shared outdoor space can be reserved for small gatherings. Larger parties or events are allowed if you reserve the entire resort and these plans are prearranged with the hosts. -Smoking, illegal substances, or firearms of any kind are not allowed anywhere on the premises.PET FEES/Agreement: We allow up to two appropriate dogs per house for the flat fee of $100. Please check the box for this "extra" when finalizing your booking. The pet agreement will be on the kitchen counter and includes the obvious features, such as dogs on leash while at the resort, etc. Your booking confirms your agreement.
