Spacious living room on main has dbl size sofa bed & large comfy sectional. Bar room has a twin futon. Additionally, you have a laundry room, full kitchen, dining, fun bar room, back 2nd story deck (w/table, chairs, grill & more), front porch, plenty of room on property for parking vehicles, trailers, boats in designated parking lot. Electrical hook-ups for boats. Huge front yard for archery practice, playing ball, or just hang out on the front porch and live in the peace & quiet. Enjoy the fire pit area, walk down the road to the lake, into the woods for hunting or conveniently walk down or drive to the store. Full walkout basement is my personal residence. I have everything I need (kitchen, laundry, private entrance, etc.) This is the historic home of Kansas Governor Avery. I remodeling and updating as I can. See the aerial photos - I have a lot of timber surrounding the property for peace and privacy. With the woods, lake & my ungated private pool, this property is not suitable for children. Adults only. The main floor & upstairs. 2500 square feet are all privately yours. I have my own two entrances to the walk out basement. You will not interact with me, unless you need something. The backyard and pool is my private pool and area, not for guests' use.If you are interested in a fishing or hunting trip, there are fish cleaning stations at the park, boat ramps, & plenty of parking on property w/ gate. I have Electrical hook-ups for boats. There are acres of Public Hunting surrounding my property.As I continue to remodel and make improvements, the price will increase. At this time, I have made it very affordable. I live on property, residing in the full walk out basement. You will not see me, unless I am cleaning my pool, picking up the property, yard chores, etc. The property is not suitable for children due to my private ungated pool, cliff drop off, deck, stairs and non-domestic animals (coyotes, skunk, bobcats, etc.) Adults only.Welcome! Bring your boats, hunting & fishing gear, enjoy the spaciousness, privacy, and peacefulness. This is an adults only property.Prior to booking approval: Guests must be verified through Aibnb and their location listed (where you live), who (first & last names of the guests staying with your reservation).Absolutely NO smoking inside. No children. Adults only. Older teens "may" be accepted with host's permission. No parties or gatherings. No one allowed in home outside of the guests booked to stay. Ask me about small get-togethers in front yard for a birthday party, anniversary, graduation. Small gatherings "may" be accepted in front yard designated area for 8-12 people upon host's permission. Clean up after yourself, including the dishes, the tables, the cabinets, closet, refrigerator and microwave. I will do the linens and towels. If damage to any of the property, spaces, furniture, or any item, or an additional mess left for me to take care of, you will be charged for additional damage costs. Theft of any item is against the law and violators will be prosected. Areas posted "Private Property" - no trespassing. Do not enter. There is a circle drive around the house that is my driveway to the back. Entrance and Exit on East & West side of house. Do NOT block. There is plenty of parking in the designated parking lot. I work as. Vet Tech at the Animal Care Clinic in Junction City. If you are traveling with your pets, we can help you out with boarding. They will have their own kennel, get lots of walks and attention and will not mix with the other animals. I am available to message, call or text. I work full time and coach. I welcome adlut travelers, hunters, anglers, and campers. This is my forever home. I am remodeling, upgrading, enduring the process and enjoying the progress. This property is not suitable for children. Adults only.My personal residence is the full walkout basement with my 13 years old service dog. We have two exits to the outside, that does not include coming upstairs. You won't see us, unless we run into each other as I am coming and going to work or working on the yard. :)
