Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large Livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, wrap-around deck and hot tub, this large log home is ideal for all types of groups. The deck has a propane BBQ and outdoor dining table. Located at the front of the house you will find the 6 person hot tub that is the perfect place to relax. The house is conveniently located within a 10 minute drive to Oroville or Tonasket.The spacious primary bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king-sized bed, a full bathroom, a large closet, a work desk, and a 55" smart TV for your entertainment.The second bedroom features two cozy twin beds, a 40" smart TV, a dresser, and a medium-sized closet.The third bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a 40" smart TV, a dresser, and a medium-sized closet.The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids or young-at-heart with its bunk bed and pull-out trundle. It also includes a washer/dryer for added convenience and a 40" smart TV for entertainment.PLEASE NOTE: The lower level (basement) area is not available for guests as it is occupied by the property manager. The door will remain locked from both sides to ensure privacy and securityWinter Snow Policy: Should heavy snowfall close BOTH PASSES leading to the property on your arrival day, we'll gladly consider rescheduling your stay. You'll have the flexibility to re-book within 90 days of your initial reservation, pending availability. This ensures you can enjoy your getaway under more favorable weather conditions.
