The best restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, and family entertainment are all less than 3 miles away. This home sits in a safe, quiet, family-oriented neighborhood with lots of parking and yard space. Inside the house you'll walk into a minimalist design that keeps the space open, so you have room to stretch your legs and relax. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 7 total beds (1 king, 2 twin over full bunks, 2 fulls). In the kitchen you'll find fully stocked cabinets for all your cooking needs including complimentary coffee and tea. In the living room kick up your feet and watch TV with our complimentary Netflix and Disney+. We don't recommend working on vacation but if you must, the WIFI is super fast at 1gbps and there’s a dedicated workspace. In the garage you’ll have a game room with ping pong, foosball, and outdoor cornhole. You’re also welcome to use the washer dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets. We’ll be honest, the backyard is nothing much to look at. It’s mostly dirt and open space with a BBQ and some outdoor chairs. Cook like you’ve never left your own kitchen. Coffee and Tea are provided complimentary. The Dining area has a large 4-person table to host your family feast. There is also a huge bar seating area at the kitchen counter for additional entertainment.»»— LIVING ROOM —««Open living room with a 65in 4K TV loaded with complimentary Netflix and Disney+. Board games and card games are provided to keep your everyone entertained while lounging on the comfy couches.»»— BEDROOMS —««• Master King Suite – Comfy King Bed, 4K TV, private bathroom, and walk-in closet• Double twin over fulls – Two twin over full bunk beds, dresser, work station, 45in TV and closet• Full Room – Two full beds, closet, dresser, and TV»»— BATHROOMS —««Each bathroom has a hair dryer, bath, makeup and hand towels, and premium toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower while the guest bathroom has a tub shower combo.»»— PARKING / GARAGE —««• The house has a 2 car garage that doubles as a game room with ping pong and foosball• The games can be moved to the side to use the garage as in indoor parking space. Please move the games back after you checkout• Garage opener is provided, if lost you will be charged $30 to replace• The key to the garage and the garage opener is in the bowl by the front door• The driveway can fit an additional 2 cars, street parking is also available• A maximum of 5 cars can be parked at the premises, please do not block the driveway, even if it’s the property’s driveway. »»— EARLY / LATE CHECK IN-OUT —««• Early check-in is available most days. We offer 2 early check-in options, 1pm for $50, and 8am for $100. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can properly manage cleaner schedules• Late Check-out is dependent on availability. Our cleaners run on very tight schedules so it may be difficult to accommodate, however please let us know as soon as possible and we can do our best to make it work.»»— SECURITY —««• On the property there are 2 cameras. A front yard camera that overlooks the driveway, garage, and front yard. The second camera is a doorbell camera that overlooks the front door. There are NO cameras inside the house or the backyard. • There are two sound monitors on the property. Inside the house and in the back patio area. These sound monitors notify us when sound levels hit “party” levels. They do not record sound; they strictly monitor how noisy it is. The city has a noise ordinance so quiet hours are between 9pm-7am. If police are called due to a noise issue, you will be responsible for paying the fine ($2500). • Occupancy – only registered guests are allowed on the property. Unregistered guests need to be approved and cannot exceed the maximum allowed guests on the property (12). »»— VENDORS —««• Vendors that are allowed: Decorators, private chefs, IV treatment, photographers, hair/makeup artists, massage therapists, yoga instructors• Vendors that are strictly not allowed: DJ’s, strippers, bounce houses• All other vendors not listed need explicit approval before your stay»»— FAQ —««• Are pets allowed? Yes! Please register your pet as a guest when booking, there will be a $75 pet cleaning fee added to the reservation for a deeper clean.• Do you have amenities for an infant? Yes! The house is equipped with a pack-n-play and highchair for an infant. There are some games in the house suitable for younger children as well• How do I access the home? You will be provided a key code immediately upon booking. You can also download the August App to open the home from your mobile phone. • Check out instructions? We try to keep checkout as easy as possible. You’re only asked to run the dishwasher since that task takes the longest. Our cleaning crew will handle the rest. • Do you have towels? Yes! We provide bath towels, hand towels, and makeup towels during your stay. We also provide basic toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. The same as any luxury hotel. • Any other amenities? Yes, we have a long list of complimentary amenities, please check out the amenities list.
