The house is a short walk to two beautiful Brewster bay beaches (Mant’s Landing and Saints Landing), and also within walking distance to the Brewster General Store.This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house is the perfect spot to explore Brewster’s many wonderful beaches, parks, and ponds.The first floor of the house includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom with en suite, as well as a half bathroom.The upstairs of the house has two bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds), an additional living area with a Smart TV, a full bathroom, and two decks (one off of the living area, and one off of the 2nd Guest bedroom).The upstairs also features a brand new washer and dryer.The house also has three decks, an outdoor shower, and a spacious yard.
