As you already know, we offer free parking with 3 spots.Other Things to Note:★AC★Please note that this house doesn’t have ac. We never found it is too hot inside if windows are open for direct air flow. There is a ceiling fan and extra portable fans. It is always cooler than the city.★NOISE★Please note that this house is on the HW 101, a twisty mostly 2-lane road. You will hear traffic noise from time to time.★OCEAN SCENTS★Due to its proximity to the water, ocean/oyster/seaweed scents can be detected from time to time.★SECURITY CAMERA★We have a security camera in front of the house★RENTAL AGREEMENT★The Guest acknowledges reviewing and agrees to the term of the rental agreement.
