We have about five parking spots in total: two normal-sized vehicles can fit in front of our garage and three angled in front of our fence.-Please note that during the Winter, snow can build up from the snow plows by our front fence if there are high amounts of snow.Other things to note-We allow a maximum of two dogs per reservation with an additional cleaning fee of $75 for the entire stay. Please select that you’re bringing a pet when you book the reservation.-Our home is steps away from the county beach, but please note there is only minimal direct beach access (very rocky) from our property as most of the beach is privately owned. We ask that you please respect the privacy of our beachfront neighbors.-Just like most other water view homes in the area, our home sits directly off the scenic Highway 101. We have a fully fenced-in yard, and the back deck is fully fenced in for the safety of children/dogs.-There are 5 exterior security cameras that record video 24/7, One on the front door, one on the front of the garage, one for the front driveway, one on the side of the yard, and one on the back door of the house.
