As soon as you arrive, you will be greeted by the fantastic exterior and wooded surroundings that make this property feel refreshing and exciting. As you step through the front door, you will enter into the airy main room where you will find soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and access to the back deck through sliding glass doors. The chef of the group will be delighted to step into the full kitchen, as there is everything from stainless steel appliances to beautiful countertops for preparing tasty meals with ease. Make your way outside and the true fun begins, as the deck will be just the place to sip a glass of wine in the fresh air. A walkway and series of stairs will lead you to the kids play area and fire pit with seating. Two kayaks and a SUP board are provided for your enjoyment, yet you can also fish and swim to your heart's content if you don't feel like paddling out into the lake!THINGS TO KNOWTwo kayaks are available for guest use.Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Vacasa for more info.One of the bedrooms is located above the garage.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Security camera details: the owners do have ring cameras on the outside of the home.Dock details: Dock is approximately 100ft from home. Swimming is allowed. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
