The open concept upper level has a warm rich feeling with a fully outfitted kitchen for your cooking needs, a comfy living area for family gatherings, and a water view quiet room for reading, puzzles, or games. Finished lower level living area is also open concept and has a TV, ping pong table, and Foosball table. The expansive deck has a gas grill, and plenty of room for family meals with water views. The large boat house and dock will easily accommodate room for one tie up and has exterior outlets for charging boating/fishing equipment. There are 2 kayaks which can be used for exploring the lake or finding the perfect fishing spot. Cypress Landing is located in the Morgan I community, and includes access to Morgan I and Morgan II amenity spaces. The Morgan community amenity spaces each have a boat launch ramp, picnic area, and swimming beach.Cypress Landing is located 5 minutes away from The Cove restaurant/Hunters Landing (by boat or car). Within a 10 minute drive of Cypress Landing you will find Lake Anna State Park, Tim's at Lake Anna, The Boardwalk on Lake Anna, Cooling Pond Brewery and Callie Opie's Orchard.
