Welcome to Nirv'Anna! Beach, Hot Tub, Outdoor Fireplace, Quiet Cove, Public Side Beautiful modern home in a secluded lake front setting on the public side. Private sand beach in perfect cove for swimming or laying out in the lake (added in 2018). Hot tub in lower deck area. Firewood provided for outdoor fireplace. Minutes away from restaurants, bars, grocery, etc. Kayak distance from the Cove, restaurant and bar. 12 feet deep at end of dock. Includes wireless internet and cable with premium channels. Comes with paddle boards, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks, floats, etc. Includes 4 full and 1 half baths including a brand new full bath as of February 2018. Rooms include 4 king beds (2 upstairs, 1 on the main floor, and 1 on the lower level), 1 queen bed on the lower level, and 2 bedrooms upstairs that include 4 full and 2 twins (one with a full/full bunk and another room with 2 full beds each with a twin trundle underneath). Wake up to gorgeous sunrises over the lake with your gourmet coffee from the Miele espresso machine. Have cocktails on the huge deck and patio while the sun sets behind you casting breath-taking views over the lake. If you're the indoor type, catch up on your favorite shows on any one of our 42"+ flatscreen TVs in nearly every room, sharpen your pool game, practice your foosball, or play bartender behind the downstairs wet bar. Please inquire regarding large events as additional fees may apply or garbage, cleaning, etc. We also offer 1 or 2 jet skis for 7 day rentals. The jet skis will be waiting for you on the jet ski ramps when you show up with someone to walk you through how to operate them. Inquire for the rental prices on either 1 or 2 jet skis. Golf? For a fee, we can set up a time to play at the newly developed and private Cutalong golf course. Please note: the internet is awful in general. We are on our third provider option (Hughes), using a corporate account. There are unfortunately no good options until they extend Verizon or Comcast to the area. We are on the waitlist for Starlink (expected end of 2022/early 2023).
