Completed in 2022, guests can enjoy the beautiful backdrop of nature and the Cascade Mountains. The luxury home is 2-stories, 2,700 sq ft, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, detached mother-in-law studio, a memorable bunk room, gourmet kitchen, indoor gas fireplace, outdoor gas fire pit, outdoor Weber grill, and heated floors in the primary bathroom + studio bathroom.The bunk room, primary bedroom downstairs, and smaller primary bedroom upstairs, all include their own bathrooms. The gourmet kitchen features Bosch appliances. This is a great place to stay for families, or mature adults who want to enjoy a weekend in the mountains. The maximum number of guests that are permitted to stay at the property is 12. No pets are allowed inside of the property. Please do not exceed the maximum number of people at the property throughout the duration of the stay. Enjoy a modern farmhouse feel throughout the home, with an open concept great room, chefs kitchen, dining room with sliding glass doors that open out onto a covered patio with lounge seating and fire pit. The great room includes a 60” 4K Smart TV, gas fireplace, and large, comfortable sectional perfect for movie night or game night with games in the cabinets to the right of the TV. The kitchen features a 3-seat kitchen island bar with stools, Bosch appliances, and all of the flatware and cooking appliances needed for meals and baking. The dining table seats 8 adults and there is a highchair available. The main floor also features 1 primary bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, walk-in waterfall shower, double sink, and heated floors. Off of the kitchen is a room with washer and dryer, and a guest bathroom.Upstairs includes a primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom, and built-in bunk room with ensuite bathroom. The bunk room includes a 55” 4K Smart TV. The guest room is equipped with blackout shades and in addition to the queen bed it also has a pack ’n play with mattress available.Walk a few steps to the detached studio, which includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, queen bed, 55” 4K Smart TV, and cozy sitting area with large windows and plenty of light throughout. Go outside from the lower floor to enjoy views of and walk to Nelson Farm, or sit around the fire pit with family and friends and roast some marshmallows. It is the perfect backdrop for stargazing at night.Take advantage of all that Suncadia has to offer by renting bikes and exploring the area, sledding or tubing during the wintertime, and seeking out all of the different kid-friendly parks nearby.
