There’s seating for 4 at the long kitchen bar, and the large dining table seats 8 comfortably. Just off the great room is a fabulous entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, and a private Hot Tub! The home backs up to one of Suncadia’s green belts and you’ll often see Deer, Elk, and Wild Turkeys! The master bedroom is located on the 1st floor and boasts a king bed, TV, and direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub. The beautifully appointed travertine master bath features a large soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The main floor bunk room is an ideal spot for the kids to hang out and it features a twin over a full bunk bed with a twin trundle, and a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This room sleeps up to 6.Upstairs you will find 2 additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a large TV. A the top of the stairs you’ll find a comfortable TV lounge equipped with and XBox and a sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen bed. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia swim center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking.
