This room features comfortable leather furniture and a large dining table that easily seats 8.The well stocked kitchen is a chef’s dream with granite counters, high-end stainless appliances, gas cook-top and seating for 4 at the kitchen island. Just outside the kitchen is additional seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table. The outdoor entertaining options are endless with over 1,200 square feet of patio space, a large 7 person hot tub, and a toasty gas fire pit. Walk out to the golf course and take in the views of one of Suncadia’s largest ponds between the 5th and 6th hole of the Prospector Golf Course.The home boasts sleeping accommodations for 19 across 5 bedrooms, and a bonus bunk room. There are also 5 well-appointed bathrooms. On the first floor there is a king master Suite with an en-suite bath, and a queen guest bedroom with a tile bath just outside the door. Walk up a flight of stairs and you’ll discover a queen master suite that also has a twin daybed, and an en-suite bath. At the other end of the home is a king master with an en-suite bath, and a private deck overlooking the golf course. Down the hallway is a cozy sleeping room that has 2 sets of twin over twin Bunks. The huge bonus bunk room has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The home has plenty of indoor entertainment options. The 2nd floor bonus room has a gas fireplace, a large sectional couch, and a 65” Smart TV with DirecTV Now and Xbox One S. The garage game room has activities for the whole family to enjoy including a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong. This room also has a large Smart TV with DirecTV Now so you can watch your favorite sports team.** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Suncadia prohibits parking on the street.**
