We love this space as it is cozy and furnished with everything guests need to relax after a day of exploring.The Space:There is a desk for those who are trying to be productive during their stay! Plus, a smart TV in the living room for those who are simply trying to relax. The kitchen is stocked with everything a guest would need to fix their own home-cooked meals. It helps save money, rather than eating out for every meal. There is a full bathroom with all the essentials to wash up and prepare to rest. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.Guest Access:The Guest can access this apartment by the stairs that lead up to the front door. The apartment is located over the garage behind the main house that has been turned into a tri-plex.The Neighborhood:The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It is also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.Getting Around:The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.Interaction with Guests:We give our guests privacy but are available when they need us.
