This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with its proximity just half a mile from the beach but only three blocks to the grocery store, coffee shop/cafe, and Thai restaurant. This spacious two-story home has four bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms allowing plenty of room for your whole family and friends to spread out and relax!With two living rooms (one designated just for the kiddos), you will enjoy lounging and relaxing, watching TV on the flatscreen TV while the kids relax or play in the second living room! There are tons of games and books, and puzzles with a couch and chair just for them. Even an extra table that can be used for the kids to play their games on, read, or do some puzzling. The kitchen is bright, open, and has plenty of space to cook your meals. The dining table has seating for six or 10 if you use the leaf and four extra chairs. Just off the kitchen is the fenced backyard. There is also a laundry room and a half bathroom downstairs.As you venture upstairs, you will find four bedrooms and two more bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is designated just for the kids with two sets of bunk beds. The main bedroom has a large bed and a connected bathroom. The other two rooms have comfortable and large beds as well. There are large windows in every room so you will enjoy all the natural light coming through the house.The garage is a well-equipped game room with Ping-Pong, foosball table, and dart board just to name a few. Enjoy playing games with the kids or have a tournament with your friends and family. Come enjoy all that Molly's Escape has to offer! Enjoy comfy, stylish beach living here! You will want to make Molly's your home away from home!THINGS TO KNOWThere is no AC availablePlease note the garage is a game room only - not available for parking.This home will have a seasonal gas grill that is generally available from May through September, depending on inclement weather.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
