Sleeps four with all of the comforts of home. The cabin has two bedrooms including one Queen and two twin beds. An additional 200 SqFt seasonal porch with daybed, gliding rocker, table and chairs allows for added relaxation space. The fully equipped kitchen, or the BBQ grill on the patio overlooking the lake lets you enjoy home cooked meals when you choose to stay in. Private gated stairway down to 165ft of your own beachfront, enjoy the water in the shallow, clean spring fed cove. A boat launch to Malletts Bay, via neighborhood access, gives you the opportunity to explore Lake Champlain with your own boat. A washer (no dryer), microwave, gas range, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, three quarter bath, 32" LCD Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, & WIFI Internet are all featured benefits.
