Beautiful summer camp at Colchester Point Beautifully remodeled summer camp on Colchester Point. This camp has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and can accommodate up to 10 guests. Each room has two bunkbeds with full size mattresses, 1 queen in master bedroom. Clean sandy private beach just a few feet away, with the ability to easily anchor a boat. Camp features full kitchen with gas range, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, plenty of parking. Large shaded back yard with fire pit, outdoor grill with plenty of seating. Handicap accessible ramp. Views of the lake and Champlain Causeway. This location is 10-15 minutes to downtown Burlington. Close by is Champlain Causeway bike path and bike ferry which connects to the beautiful Champlain Islands. Also close to camp is the Airport Park, which has ballfields, tennis courts, basketball court, and jungle gym for the kids to enjoy. Amazing restaurants and local brewers close by. Shopping, food delivery, ice cream truck that comes twice a week. One of the last few drive-in movie theaters left just a few short miles away.
