Tranquil cottage with mountain views The Green House is an 800 sq ft cottage perfect for 1-2 people! It is situated halfway up a private road, allowing for peace and quiet while still being close to everything you might need.From the front porch, enter the cozy living room, equipped with a smart TV and some comfortable furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are just beyond the living room. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for your cooking and baking needs, including full-size appliances. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The cottages back door is in the kitchen, and it leads out to a deck with a beautiful view of the Olympics. Relax out here with a cup of coffee or glass of wine! From the deck, take the stairs down to the basement to access the washer and dryer. The bedroom is upstairs, and youll enjoy great natural light on the way up thanks to the skylight over the stairway. The bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed (with a memory foam mattress topper!). The other end of the room has bookshelves and a reading nook. There is a traditional closet, as well as a large storage space (aka former attic area, easily accessible) that youre welcome to use.Recent (Summer 2022) updates include new floors in the kitchen and bathroom, freshly painted bathroom, new waterline to the fridge (hello, fresh ice in the freezer whenever you want it!), new back deck, and new basement stairs.
