This sweet farmhouse comes with a stocked kitchen including four ways for your coffee ritual: Traditional coffee maker, French Press, Primula Classic Stovetop Espresso and Coffee Maker, or the Chemex Pour-Over Glass Coffeemaker.The chef in your family will feel right at home with a new gas range, KitchenAid stand mixer, and all of the tools you'll need for dinner parties and brunches. Please note that all of the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor at the top of the staircase. The staircase is original to the home and as such is a little on the steep and narrow side.WHAT’S NEARBY This house is within walking distance of Pritchard Park and the beach. A great spot to watch the Ferry come and go or spot the occasional submarine or orca. HeyDay Farm has a wonderful restaurant and farm shop and is a lovely rural walk from the house. The house is situated steps away from the Blakey Hills trail system which includes multiple loop trails.Lynwood Center is a 5-minute drive to where you can find a number of restaurants and shops or catch a film at the historical theater. Downtown Winslow is a 7-minute drive where you can enjoy fine dining, coffee shops, bookstores, movies, shopping, and waterfront trails. It's a safe area and people are warm and friendly. Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays.
