The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen that features everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Nibble on appetizers at the four-person kitchen bar, then gather at the six-person dining table. Practice your musical skills after dinner on the piano. This retreat has two loft areas, both are located on opposite sides of the home. The first loft has a comfortable bed with a primary bedroom, while the second loft offers another bed and it's accessed by a ladder.Situated just a short stroll from the beach, this retreat offers space to unwind outdoors at home, too. Step outside to the spacious stone patio to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy alfresco living. A private balcony boasts a scenic overlook amid the trees.Things to KnowThe family dogs are welcome (maximum of two dogs)For an additional sleeping option, there’s a double futon in the sunroomIf you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
