It's a wonderful space to entertain, offering a light-filled living room with a TV and DVD player (with a selection of DVDs and an HDMI cable for your laptop), a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and even a piano, a guitar, puzzles, and board games for fun-filled nights at home. A dedicated office space, high-speed WiFi, a home gym with fitness equipment, and a smart TV are provided as well.This property is a showcase of eco-conscious design, full of such thoughtful details such as salvaged old-growth timbers and siding, rooftop solar panels, locally milled white oak floors, custom fir cabinets, and recycled paper countertops. It's also a special place to spend time outdoors, whether you're hosting a barbecue, shooting hoops, napping in the hammock, or watching the kids climb the play structure.THINGS TO KNOWThe main bedroom features a SleepNumber bed.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
