Built in 1986, this home has floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views in every room and hardwood floors throughout.Artistically decorated on the inside, the home has new appliances with mid-century modern touches. Lounge in the stylish living room or cook up a tasty meal in the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances and breathtaking views of the water. An additional cozy living room offers a stocked bookcase, a record player and records for your listening enjoyment.Though this home has plenty of history, it also has a few modern updates including new decks, new heating and cooling system, and remodeled bathrooms.Things to knowTV streaming is available with own accountBoard games are available for guest useThe close proximity of the high bluff may make this home unsuitable for small childrenPlease note that the owner occasionally needs to overnight in her own private space in a separate wing of the house. This occurs about three times a year for special events on the island that she is expected to attend. She accesses this space via an external staircase to a private deck on the north side of the house.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Security camera details: "There is one active surveillance camera on the front porch pointed toward the front door and driveway."Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
