We also have children plates, cups and utensils in the kitchen.- Coffee lovers: We have both drip and Nespresso (original/small capsules) machines in the kitchen. Please bring your favorite coffee to enjoy it.- The outdoor BBQ and fire pit with a sitting area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Enjoy some friendly competition!- - The kayak in the game room is available for you to enjoy. Please take necessary safety precautions and use the provided life vests.- The kitchen is stocked with cooking oil, a variety of spices, and utensils for your convenience. We also provide cups, plates, and bowls for younger guests.Iron & ironing board can be found in the utility room.- Dog-friendly environment:- - Dog food and water bowls are located in the utility room. Please also make use of the dedicated microfiber pet towels for dirty paws.- - Guests must pick up the dog waste and dispose of it in a securely tied bag.- - Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding.- - The guests must secure dogs in a crate/kennel provided by them if left unattended.// HOUSE RULES // - Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property premises.- Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Our neighbors will appreciate it too!- The speed limit inside the community is 10 MPH.
